60min Personal Training Session

  • 1 session per week, $50
  • 2 sessions per week, $90
  • 3 sessions per week, $120

These days a lot of personal training sessions are 40 minutes long. Depending on the goals of the session, I just don’t think 40 minutes is long enough to deliver the full package. Eg, running through a comprehensive warm up, addressing and attending to mobility issues pre workout, running through the strength based aspect of the session without rushing, preparing for and getting through (potentially suffering) the conditioning set, and cooling down.
I like to go into the necessary depth and detail when explaining different movements, and ensuring that you have the technical aspects of the movements nailed.
To get the full potential from your training, to learn more, to not be rushed, and to perform better, you need an hour.

30min Conditioning Session
– $30

This is for the “on the go” person that want’s to get a short high intensity conditioning (“cardio”) session squeezed in to the busy day.
This will include a 10 minute warm up, and 15-20 minutes of high intensity training.
(You can do a lot in 15 minutes)

30min Mobility Session – $25

The way to get the most out of your training is to be able to actually do the movements correctly. Sometimes the thing standing in between you and doing the movement correctly is mobility and flexibility.

In the 30 minute mobility class you will use myofascial release techniques and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching…
Basically we will get you back into those important positions that your body has locked you out of.

Small Group Training Session

  • 2 people – $30 each
  • 3 or 4 people – $20 each

This is the same deal as the 60min personal training session, except you get to enjoy it with your friends.
This works best if everyone has the same goals, though not essential.
